Just Shulk...or is it?

Shulk groaned as he sat down, and held his head between his hands, trying to get rid of his headache. Something was wrong…very wrong, and it wasn't him, it was with people in the colony.

‘What is wrong with them?! I can’t seem to get time to myself. I don’t mind Fiora, but the others are overwhelming me with request’s to hang out, have dinner, and go on missions!’ Shulk thought, rubbing his neck.

“And how is it possible that Reyn breaks his new weapon in less than a month? The monsters around the colony aren't that strong, nor are they aggressive.” Shulk thought, thinking back onto the guarder he made for Reyn.

He remembered the dented center, and the jagged line that went through it. Then he sighed, but the image appeared again, and he hummed. Something didn't seem right when he had seen it, they weren't any other scratches, no other dents, and not only that, and it didn't look like it could’ve been made by a monster.

‘Did…did Reyn break it himself? If so, then why? Just to request something of me?’ Shulk thought, and began thinking about everyone else, and their strange attitudes at points.

He remembered Reyn being more happy on the mission than at the colony; then Dunban was more persistent than usual; Riki was too demanding when it came to Shulk having dinner with him; Melia was trying to take up his time whenever she could; Sharla seemed to call him over to watch the baby with her which was odd for him; and Fiora seemed to be planning all these activities and event with him and her.

“That’s it! Everyone just wants to be around me, everyone wants something from me, and everyone seems to apparently love me. Can’t they see I’d like to have some alone time? Oh well, at least I have this little secret spot to myself where no one knows where I’m at.” Shulk thought, giving a sigh of relief.

“Shulk.” A voice said, and Shulk paled a little, before looking up, seeing Alvis.

“I found a new area that I’d think you like to see. It has a lot of great materials for weapons, and you can make new inventions.” Alvis said, a twinkle in his eye.

“Alvis, not you too!” Shulk said in despair, his peaceful days of being alone forever gone.
